All Groups
  • $25.00 Swim Registration Fee for New Swimmers Only. (Due at registration)
  • $58.00 US Swim Registration Fee for all swimmers. ( This fee is paid directly to US Swimming and is scheduled to increase each year )
  • Registration forms must be completed and on file prior to entering the pool at the beginning of each season.
  • Late registration fee of $25.00 will be assessed after 9/15/11.
  • All fees and dues from prior seasons must be paid in full prior to the start of the new season.
  • Volunteer Bond: Each family is required to submit a volunteer bond of $200. This bond will be used to secure your participation in 4 US meet sesssions that are hosted by Aqua Gems. Hosting a US meet is a major fund raiser for our team and families are REQUIRED to help man the jobs.
  • ESSL Volunteers: Parent participation for ESSL meets is expected. This is our local swim league and meets are mandatory for all age groups (Feeder group participation is at coaches' discretion).
  • Escrow fund for US Meets of $50 per child payable upon entry to first US Meet. Account balance to be kept at or above $25 per swimmer for each season of swimming.
  • Family Account Statements will be emailed to each family. It is your responsibility to check your email and return a check to the team for any outstanding balances.

  • Discounts will be as follows:
  • 1 child - no discount (except HS which is 10%)
  • 2 children - 10 % discount off family balance (No HS discount)
  • 3 children - 20 % discount off family balance (No HS discount)

"A" - These groups will be swimmer elective and based upon set standards by the coaching staff.
Permanent group changes that take place prior to 12/15/11 payment will be adjusted to the higher rate.


NOTES:
  • Payments not made by the next payment due date will be subject to a $25.00 late payment fee. Payments over 5 days late will result in suspension of swimmer or swimmers until all payments are made in full. Swimmers will not be allowed to register for other events or sessions if the account is not made current.

  • Swimmers who are injured will receive a prorated refund if requested in writing. Amount to be determined by the board. Swimmers who elect to rejoin will be subject to all normal fees.

  • Swimmers who leave the team with a medical reason (Doctor note) will receive a 50% refund of all fees up till Jan 15th. After that date no refund will be given. It is the parent's responsibility to advise the group coach in writing AND the board with a copy, mailed to the PO Box in Warwick, that the child will not swim. This must be done in a timely manner.

  • Swimmers who leave the team for other reasons will not make any payments that may be due after they have left the team. It is the parent's responsibility to advise the group coach in writing AND the board with a copy, mailed to the PO Box in Warwick, that the child will not swim. This must be done in a timely manner.

  • Swimmers who join after 12/15/11 will pay a percentage of the group fee that the child is placed in AND a late registration fee of $25. The final fee amount will be determined by the board.

  • Season fees do not include the following:

    • USS Meets
    • Invitational Events
    • Any ESSL event other than dual meets
    • Stroke & Turn Clinics
    • Spring & Summer Swim Programs & any other not listed.
