| Each of the following sets of directions begin in Warwick. In order to use the directions you must adjust your route with this in mind. | ||
| SUNY Orange (OCCC) Middletown, NY | Take NY county route 1 west towards Pine Island NY. Go through Pine Island and remain on Route 1 (it will go to the right by the Auto Body
Shop). Take Route 1 to County Route 12 or lower road. It is a right
hand turn onto County Route 12 and there is a triangular piece of land
at the intersection. Stay on route 12 for approximately 7.8 miles until
you come to a stop light. (Soons Orchard sign will be diagonally across
the intersection) Make a left onto Route 6M/17M. Proceed on 17M for
2.3 miles to Bennett Street. Make a left on Bennett Street. Go up the
hill to the end of the road and make a left onto South Street. Parking
is after the tennis courts on your right. The address of the School is
115 Conkling St. The Physical Education building is behind the Tennis
courts. There is also parking behind the Phys. Ed building. | |
| Bard College (NDAC) Annandale-on-Hudson, NY | Take the NY State Thruway to Exit 19 (Kingston), take Route 209 (changes to Route 199 at the Hudson River) over the Rhinecliff Bridge to Route 9G at the second light, turn left onto Route 9G, and drive north 3.5 miles. The college is on the left. | |
| Marist College Poughkeepsie, NY | Take Route 94 North to Florida. Go straight through the light onto Route 17A. Follow Route 17A to Route 17 West (Quickway). Follow Route 17 West to Interstate 84 East. Take I-84 East over the Hudson River to the exit for Route 9D to Wappingers Falls just past the roll booths. Follow this road to the village square, make a right and follow to Route 9 North. Or stay on I-84 to the Route 9 - Fishkill, NY exit and continue on Route 9 for about 15 miles. You will see both the railroad and Mid-Hudson Bridge on your left as you enter Poughkeepsie. Look for the signs for Marist College. The College is about 1/4 mile North from the bridge. Get into the left hand lane and turn left at the entrance to the College. The pool will be in the back on your left. | |
| Valley Central High School (VAC) Montgomery, NY | Take I-84 E toward NEWBURGH. Take the RT-208 exit- EXIT 5- toward MAYBROOK/WALDEN. Turn LEFT onto NY-208. Turn LEFT onto NY-17K. Valley Central High School is at 1175 State Route 17k, Montgomery, NY | |
| Pine Bush High School Pine Bush, NY | From Warwick High School Take Route 94 North which turns into Route 17A North to Route 17 West to exit 119 (Pine Bush). Make a right at the end of the exit, travelling north/east on route 302. Pine Bush High School is located approximately 8 to 9 miles on the left side. The pool is located to the right side of the complex. If you reach the route 302/52 signalized intersection, you have gone too far. | |
| Monroe-Woodburry High School Monroe, NY | Take Route 94 North into Florida. Go straight through the light on to Route 17A. Follow Route 17A to Route 17 East. Get on Route 17 East (Quickway) and off at Exit 131 - the last exit before the Thruway (watch for signs for the Woodbury Commons shopping mall). At the end of the off ramp turn left. At the first traffic light turn left again onto Minger Road. At the next road turn right onto Dunderberg Road, go up the hill and the middle school will be on your right. | |
| Suffern High School Suffern, NY | FROM THE NORTH:
Take the NYS Thruway South to Exit 14B, Airmont Road. At the light, make a left onto Airmont
Road. Proceed to the third traffic light and make a left onto Montebello Road. Make the first
right onto Mile Road. Follow Mile Road all the way to the end. Make a right onto Viola Road.
At the blinking light make a right into the Suffern High School Entrance. Proceed to the Stop
Sign. Make a left and proceed to the parking lot.
FROM THE SOUTH (Tappan Zee Bridge): Take the NYS Thruway North to Exit 14B, Airmont Road. At the light, make a right onto Airmont Road. Proceed to the second traffic light and make a left onto Montebello Road. Make the first right onto Mile Road. Follow Mile Road all the way to the end. Make a right onto Viola Road. At the blinking light make a right into the Suffern High School Entrance. Proceed to the Stop Sign. Make a left and proceed to the parking lot. | |
| Newburgh Free Academy Newburgh, NY |
Follow the same directions for Pine Bush High School to Route 17 West. Take Route 17 West to Interstate 84 East. Take I-84 East to Newburgh, Exit 8. Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp to the first light. After the light, bear left at the fork in the road on to South Street. Stay on this road about ¾ of a mile. Newburgh Free Academy is on the hill on your left. | |
| Orange Area "Y" New Windsor, NY |
Take Route 94 North through Warwick and Florida to the town of Chester. Go under Route 17 to the light. Make a right at this light and then a left at the next light, following the signs for Route 94 North. At the "T" intersection make a left onto Route 94 North for approximately 15 miles, through Washingtonville, until you come to a Dunkin Donuts on the left and a five corner intersection. Make a sharp left on to Route 300. Follow Route 300 approximately 2.1 miles to the first light. Turn right at the light onto Union Avenue. The "Y" will be on your right. You can also take Route 207 out of Goshen, New York to Route 300 and come into the "Y" from the opposite direction. | |
| Washingtonville High School Washingtonville, NY |
Follow directions for Orange Area "Y". Washingtonville High School is on the left hand side of the road about 10 miles from the "T" intersection on Route 94 in Chester.

Take Route 94 south through Hamburg NJ. Continue on Route 94 for
approximately 6 miles until you come to a blinking light (White Lake
Road).
At the blinking light the school is on the left. Make a left at the
light
and then your first right into the parking lot. The pool entrance is at
the
right of the parking lot. | |

Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. After the toll booths, stay on your right and follow the signs for Route 287E to White Plains. Get off Route 287 at Exit 8W. Follow the signs for Harrison, New York and North Street. Go past St. Agnes Hospital, through two lights. The White Plains YMCA is the third building on your right. | |
| West Point West Point, NY | Via NY State Thruway (I-87 North) Follow I87 to Bear Mountain State Parkway Exit 13 (North). Follow Bear Mtn. St. Parkway to the traffic circle and exit circle onto Route 9W (North) to Highland Falls/West Point Exit (218 South). Follow road to Thayer Gate Entrance, then proceed to Arvin Gymnasium.

| Ulster County Pool New Paltz, NY | NYS Thruway to Exit 18 at New Paltz. Go West (Left) on Route 299 through the
village of New Paltz and across Wallkill River about 1 mile (2 km) and turn left on Libertyville Road
at the sign for Ulster County Fair Grounds. Proceed 1.5 miles and the pool and park are on the left
side of the road. | |

Colgate University Hamilton, NY | Take the NYS Thruway to Utica, exit 31. Follow I-790/NY 12 south to Sangerfield, about 18 miles.
Turn west on US 20, continue about 12 miles to junction of Route 12B. (Or take US 20 west from
Albany to its junction with NY Route 12B). Follow 12B south through the village of Hamilton.
ColgateUniversity is on the south side of the village. The pool building is directly on 12B, on the
left (east) side,adjacent to the ski slope. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the
pool. | |

Merritt Parkway from New York: Take exit 39B. Follow the Route 7 North freeway to its end and turn
right at the light. Turn left onto Rt. 7 north. Go 4.4 miles and turn right into the Y parking lot. The Wilton
Family Y is on the right, and the Wilton High School is on the left. Additional parking is available across
the street from the Y at the high school if needed. | |

DIRECTIONS TO MACK POOL:
From I-78 West or 309 North -
Take Lehigh St. exit and turn right at bottom of exit ramp. Go to first light and turn right
onto Downyflake Lane. Go through a stoplight to the intersection with Mack Blvd. (Mack
World Headquarters will be on left). Turn left onto Mack Blvd. (Pool is now on right) At the
next light (past the pool) turn right & immediately turn right again. Entrance to pool is the
next right. From I-78 East or 309 South - Follow as above but turn left at bottom of Lehigh St. exit ramp. | |

Boys/Girls Club Mount Kisco, NY |
From I-684 North or South: Take exit 4 to route 172 West (towards Mt.Kisco). Drive approximately 2 miles. Take 117 North (keep right at traffic light). Go one block. Just before traffic light, turn right into B/G Club driveway.
Enter pool from the main entrance. From Saw Mill Parkway North: Take exit 33, Readers Digest Road. Cross railroad tracks and keep right. At traffic light, make a left turn on route 117 (it will >become Main Street). Pass 2 traffic lights. Just before the third traffic light, turn right into B/G Club driveway. From Taconic Parkway South: Take exit for route 133, Mount Kisco. At traffic light, make a right turn. At next traffic light, turn right and follow signs for Mt.Kisco (on route 133 east). Drive approximately 4 miles. When 133 ends, keep right onto route 117 South (Main Street). Pass 2 traffic lights. Just after the third traffic light, make an immediate left turn into the B/G Club driveway. | |

Garden State Games Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ |
Take route 287 South to exit 9 (River Road, Bound Brook, Highland Park, 514 Spur) Follow River Road (514 Spur South) approximately 2 & 3/4 miles to Metlars Lane. Turn left onto Metlars Lane and proceed along Metlars Lane approximately 2/10 of a mile and turn left onto Sutphen Road. Proceed another 3/10 of a mile turning right onto Frelinghuysen Road. The pool is several hundred yards ahead on your right. | |

Vasser College Poughkeepsie, NY |
Take 84 East to exit 10. At the end of the ramp at the light make a LEFT onto 9W north (you will follow this about 15-20 minutes) Follow to the Mid Hudson bridge (you will need $1 for this toll). (Just before the bridge you will see a McDonald's on the right in the strip mall on 9W. )
When you cross the bridge, go straight onto 44/55 East. (The main road turns into this road)
Continue for about 2 miles through the City of Poughkeepsie.
Make a right at the light at Raymond Ave. (there is a sign for Vassar College)
Less than 1 mile down Raymond Ave you will see a traffic light, make a left into what looks like a builkding, this will bring you onto the campus at the stone gate house.
Once on campus, make a right in front of the College Center, bearing left around the side of the building. At stop go left. Make a right on curve, follow through campus. You will see a pond on right, go up hill. You will see Walker Field House in front of you.
Walker Field House is in the south east corner of the campus. Please park in legal parking spots. Car pooling is a good option. | |
